Description
This is a white wine made with red grapes – just the same way whites are made — whole cluster pressed, skins discarded, then fermented without the influence of skin. Nothing like a red Petit Verdot, it has a slight aroma of marine air, loquat, and something hinting at tequila. Fuller mouthfeel than many whites with a clean, bright, white grape flavor with a light, earthy, white pepper finish.
Grapes from the Haar Family vineyards in the Adelaida District on the West side of Paso Robles.
