2017 Sparkling White Barbera

Sparkly Pink Wine


Barbera grapes, made like a white wine, then ‘sparkled’.  Light, with a soft acidity and dry, despite a distinct ‘lollipop’ aroma.   Fine, non-aggressive bubbles, GREAT food wine.  Goes well with casual food like hamburgers or buttered popcorn, as well as a creamy salmon bisque, or swordfish steak, or Asian-almost-anything!




Fruity lollipop aroma which gives the impression of something sweet but also savory.  Instead it is rounder, and very food friendly.  Light tight bubbles that go down easy.
